Let's be real, we didn't come here to be stagnant, to not grow, change & evolve; to stay the SAME. I believe our intentions are + should be to consistently try to be the best versions of ourselves. This may change, day to day. This requires showing up for ourselves. Movement, breath, heat, going INwards, releasing the things that no longer serve us, and creating space for the things that do. And when we come together and move COLLECTIVELY, it is such a powerful thing. I want to create a safe space for everyone to feel welcome, always body positive, coming as they are, taking what feels right, and leaving the rest on the mat. There is great power in loving exactly where you're at, but working to be our best selves. This is where transformation takes place. I offer a variety of integrative movement formats. Whether you're looking to relax + unwind from your day/week/month/year, burn off some steam, or get into the best shape of your life , there is most certainly a class for you. I also am available for private in person or travel events! Think Batchelorette/Bridal, Retreats, Family/Friend events, Sports Teams, etc. The possibilities are boundless.
