 I love taking class with Natasha!! Whether it is Buti, HIIT, or more traditional flows, she incorporates strength building movements, counterbalanced with fluid stretching. Her vibrant energy translates through every sequence and I always leave feeling enlivened!!"

"The first time I was introduced to Natasha's Buti Yoga class I was walking by the studio after a lift to go do some sprints on the track and my friend stopped me and told me I needed to try this class and that I'd thank him later. I hadn't done much yoga before, but the upbeat music and high energy made me fall in love with the practice. I haven't had to do a silly "sprint workout" or long run since then because I get enough high intensity cardio in her 60-75 min classes. I feel so comfortable that you may catch me napping in childs pose halfway through the workout, but i've never felt an ounce of judgement. Natasha, you are a queen.
